About Chia-Ying Chan
Dr. Chia-Ying Chan is an award-winning pianist whose performances have been featured on radio stations across the United States, Canada, and Taiwan. Recent highlights include appearances with Sinfonia da Camera under Ian Hobson, a solo recital at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, and her critically acclaimed debut album on Centaur Records. An active soloist and chamber musician, she appears frequently in recital and in four-hand collaborations with David Brickle, as well as in the Amosa Duo with Gary June. Dr. Chan serves on the faculty at Saginaw Valley State University and is widely recognized for her leadership, adjudication work, and international teaching engagements.
