How It Works

Check Eligibility
Scholarships are open to any student enrolling in a SoundBridge program. There is no audition or prior experience required — just a desire to participate.
Submit a Simple Application
Complete our short application form. We ask for basic student information and a brief note about your family’s financial situation.
Receive Your Award
We’ll notify you by email within 5–7 business days. Awards vary based on available funds and family need. No family is turned away due to cost.

Who is eligible for a scholarship?
Any student enrolling in a SoundBridge program is eligible to apply, regardless of musical experience or background. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need.
How much can a scholarship cover?
Scholarships can cover anywhere from a partial to full program fee, depending on available funds and family need. We do our best to ensure cost is not a barrier.
Is there an audition or minimum skill level required?
No. SoundBridge welcomes students at every level, including complete beginners. Scholarships have no skill or audition requirement.
When should I apply?
Apply as early as possible — before or when you register for a program. Scholarship funds are distributed on a rolling basis, and early applicants have priority.
How confidential is the application?
All scholarship applications are handled with full confidentiality. Financial information is never shared and does not affect a student’s participation or standing in any program.
What if I can’t afford even a partial payment?
Please contact us. We want every student to have access to SoundBridge programs and will work with your family to find a solution.
Can I donate to the scholarship fund?
